**The Opportunity**
As an SEO Manager at Digital Sisco, you'll take complete charge of your projects, from strategizing to executing tasks like keyword research, site architecture optimization, internal link auditing, and client management all within our fully remote team. We're committed to fostering an environment where you're empowered to deliver your career's best work. You'll collaborate with a diverse range of businesses, from small to enterprise-level. **What You’ll Do**
- Conduct advanced keyword research and clustering based on client objectives using large, diverse data sets
- Perform SEO audits, present data-driven cases, and enhance findings with technical insights
- Design optimal site architecture for clients, including restructuring existing layouts
- Optimize site architecture, content strategy, and interlinking based on keyword mapping and user intent
- Partner with data science & content teams by ideating research article topics that can help with link building via mass outreach utilizing 1st party data
- Evaluate technical projects for SEO impact, conducting necessary risk assessments
- Examine server logs and reports to enhance crawl budget and site indexation
- Stay updated with SEO industry trends and algorithm changes to guide strategies and identify new growth opportunities
- Clearly explain SEO strategies to a diverse audience, from novices to experts
- Proactively oversee client accounts, foresee potential issues, and recommend solutions
- Lead client meetings to discuss SEO progress and updates
- Manage client presentations, reporting on performance, and offering actionable insights
- Communicate technical SEO requirements effectively to both developers and non-technical clients
- Educate client teams on SEO integration across their operations
**Expertise You Bring**
- 5+ years of SEO experience with a proven success record in-house or at an agency
- Strong data analysis skills for informed decision-making
- Expertise in SEO, covering content, technical, and experimentation
- Hands-on experience with SEO and web analytic tools such as Ahrefs, AnswerThePublic, ScreamingFrog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, getSTAT, & more
- Deep knowledge of Excel/Google sheets for SEO data analysis
- Experience with content optimization tools such as SurferSEO or Clearscope
- Knowledge in HTML, CSS, Javascript and basic programming frameworks, CMS as it pertains to SEO
- Technical understanding, with the ability to address developer inquiries
- Ability to simplify complex SEO concepts for any audience
- Adept at documenting SEO requirements and technical specs
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and presentation abilities
- A curious and innovative mind to initiate, lead and manage client accounts

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
