**Job Purpose**:
We are seeking an experienced B2C Digital Marketing Manager to lead and expand our dynamic team. This role involves strategic oversight and hands-on management of comprehensive paid **local** media campaigns, primarily through Facebook and Instagram, tailored to the automotive dealership sector. Your leadership will be instrumental in enhancing our clients' market presence, driving high-quality **local** lead generation, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Pay structure:
- **Base $50,000 plus a recurring bonus for each account**_
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Team Leadership and Development: Guide, train, and grow a skilled team focused on delivering exceptional digital marketing solutions within the automotive industry.
- Strategic Campaign Development: Craft and execute robust paid media strategies to boost visibility and recognition of our automotive clients.
- Client Understanding: Gain in-depth knowledge of client needs, value propositions, and product offerings to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
- Insights and Analytics: Utilize Facebook Ads Manager to derive insights and formulate action plans aimed at optimizing lead generation quality.
- Media Monitoring: Oversee media placements, ensuring that advertisements are executed as planned across Facebook and Instagram.
- Reporting and Analysis: Compile detailed reports and dashboards to measure campaign outcomes and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Timeline Management: Coordinate advertising timelines, covering client onboarding, campaign launches, and ongoing account management.
- Creative Copywriting: Develop compelling advertisement copy to engage and convert targeted audiences on Facebook and Instagram.
- Market Awareness: Stay abreast of target audience trends and proactively propose new campaign ideas.
- Competitive Research: Conduct extensive research on market trends, competitor strategies, and product developments.
- Communication and Reporting: Keep clients and internal stakeholders informed about campaign progress, challenges, and successes.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in B2C digital marketing, with a focus on local lead generation in the automotive sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and grow a marketing team.
- Strong expertise in Facebook and Instagram advertising.
- Experience using Go High Level
- Creativity in marketing strategy and ad copywriting.
