**OFFICE MANAGER**
We are looking for a permanent full time office manager to join our team This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain leadership and management experience.**Responsibilities**:_
- Provide courteous and pleasant customer service to tenants/clients and community partners.
- Communicate effectively with tenants and other relevant parties.
- Actively listen and act upon tenant inquiries, concerns and complaints.
- Escalate complaints to property managers, as required.
- Manage and supervise other office staff
- Letter preparation
- Analyze, update and produce monthly management reports for each property in close cooperation with property managers and accountants.
- Prepare all necessary paperwork to aid with due diligence that is undertaken for potential sales/purchases
- Ensure effective and precise electronic and paper filing of all documents
- Set up approved tenant leases and information in property management software
- Organize and coordinate monthly move in’s
- Create and post tenant notices
- Collect, sort, process and enter rent payments in software
- Post NSF payments
- Prepare and issues N1’s, N4’s, N5’s, N7’s as needed
- Ensure legal notices are filed with appropriate bodies in a timely manner
- Ensure tenants adhere to any LTB orders
- Prepare collection files for past tenants
- Run monthly rent billing, verify accuracy
- Update tenant information as needed
- Prepare annual tax receipts
- **Qualifications**:_
- Minimum two (2) years of experience as an office manager, booking experience an asset
- Experience using property management software
- Experience in property management and administration required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of landlord tenant board
- Residential tenancy act knowledge
