We are looking for a highly motivated student to join our team
- Responsibilities Include:

- Coordinate meetings and perform scheduling for multiple stakeholders in a time sensitive environment.
- Conducting research on talent sourcing channels to support active and anticipated searches.
- Partnering with the facilities and information technology teams to manage new hire setup and onboarding requirements.
- Create visually intuitive reports and powerpoint slides with content provided by the Talent Acquisition team.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with data pulls, data analysis and data interpretation.
- Monitor and track new hire process flows and report on errors or discrepancies.
- Support ongoing programs and projects by performing ad-hoc duties upon request.

What do you need to succeed?
- Working towards a university degree or college diploma in a relevant field, including business management, commerce, human resources or similar.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint, is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to report information clearly and concisely to all parties.
- Curiosity, organization and a client focused attitude.
- Ability to work in ambiguity with sound research skills.
- Self-starter with great work ethic and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues of all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail as well as excellent writing skills.
