Office Administrator

**Duties**:

- Manage and maintain calendars for office staff, including scheduling appointments and meetings
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes
- Handle medical office management tasks, such as maintaining patient records and coordinating with healthcare providers
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professionalism in all interactions with clients, patients, and colleagues
- Provide team management support, including coordinating schedules, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress
- Perform front desk duties, such as greeting visitors, handling incoming/outgoing mail, and maintaining a clean reception area
- Assist in training and development of new office staff members
- Maintain organized files and records, both physical and electronic

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in office administration or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from various departments
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative tasks
