**Office Administrator Job Description**
We are searching for an energetic and organized Office Administrator to join our office in
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate employee
- Answer the phone in a timely manner and take direct calls and take messages
- Create and manage both digital and hardcopy filing systems for all partners
- Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain event calendars
- Enter customer data and send correspondence
- Copy, file and maintain paper or electronic documents and records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain an organized office environment, stock inventory and order supplies when necessary.
- Assist the team with other adhoc tasks within the office as needed
**Requirement & Proficiencies**:
- Previous experience in Customer Service (1+ years) preferably in an administrative role
- Previous experience with a Financial Institution is an asset
- Post secondary education is an asset
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
- Friendly and Professional; strong Interpersonal Skills
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail
- Proficient at critical assessment and problem resolution
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Microsoft Office Skills
