**As a Sales Account Manager at Trans-Pro, your responsibilities include**:

- Cultivating and building strong relationships with clients and suppliers
- Negotiating rates and staying informed about market trends
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve company goals.

**Soft Skills Needed**: We're seeking individuals with adaptability, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, resourcefulness, persuasion, negotiation, organization, critical thinking, persistence, and more

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive starting salary of 50K-65K with consideration for experience, education, and interview performance.
- Transition to our uncapped commission structure upon reaching senior level.
- Full-time position with a Monday to Friday daytime schedule

**Requirements**:

- Confidence in cold calling and meeting KPIs
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and excellent English language skills (French and Spanish are a plus)
- Full-time availability for in-office work (remote options available after the first year)
