**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine transaction monitoring for cryptocurrency and fiat currency transactions.
- Investigate alleged non-compliance with the company’s controls.
- Review new client onboarding documents.
- Follow-up on and investigate red flags as they are discovered.
- Collaborating with operational and front-office departments to promote efficient company operations.
- Conduct regular negative media screening.
- Review potential matches against various regulatory control lists.
- Conduct blockchain forensics analysis.
- File regulatory reports.
- Support activities of sister companies.

**Requirements**:

- University degree.
- Proficient with standard productivity software.
- Strong writing, grammar, and proof-reading skills.
- Passion for technology and ability to work with new technologies.
- “Can-do” attitude and a desire to learn new things in a fast-paced role.
- Ability to read Chinese strongly preferred.
