As a Tax Compliance Analyst at Fernandez Young LLP, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing tax-related responsibilities for our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in tax preparation and compliance.
- Accounting System Management: Plan, establish, and maintain accounting systems tailored to client needs.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of clients' financial records to ensure accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
- Tax Preparation: Prepare and file income tax returns based on comprehensive accounting records.
- Reporting: Generate financial statements, reports, and audit findings for internal and external stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Recommend enhancements to accounting systems and management practices to optimize efficiency.
- Payroll Oversight: Manage payroll administration and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
This is a permanent position with a standard workweek of 35 to 40 hours. The primary language of communication within the office is English.
