**MANA is seeking a Full-Time Sales Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.**

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Greet visitors in a friendly manner.
- Answer main telephone line, screen and direct phone calls.
- Maintain phone directory.
- General filing and data entry as required in sales department.
- Create and prepare business correspondence in sales department - documents, letters & materials as needed for meetings.
- Assist with meeting room bookings and ensure the meeting room is prepared prior to use/tidied following use.
- Order catering services as needed for meetings and events.
- Book requested accommodations for guests and staff.
- Assist Executive and Sub A staff with administrative requests such organizing business expenses, shredding, copying, sorting and filing.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail including sorting, distributing and coordinating with outside couriers.
- Reconciling Invoices.
- Completion of High School is required. Post-Secondary, Education in Office Administration an asset.
- 5 years of working experience in an administrative position, Sales Administration experience an asset.
- Ability to prioritize activities and multi-task in a busy work environment
- High degree of professionalism and confidentiality in dealing with internal and external customers
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
