**What we expect you to do**:
Client Satisfaction:

- Client communication and interaction via phone, live chat, MS Teams;
- Obtain/generate sales leads and dispatch to the appropriate Account Manager;
- Obtain missing information or answer queries;
- Update and send monthly pricing/report to customers;
Administration:

- Maintain CRM software (Salesforce) ensuring accurate and timely entries;
- Set up new accounts in Mayer, company wide;
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices;
- Communicate relevant customer feedback to internal stakeholders;
- Maintain and update customer records/information;
- Liaise with the Sales/Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries;
**You have**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or College diploma holder (Preferably in Sales, Business Administration, or a similar field);
- Experienced in providing administrative support to a sales function or team (1-2 years minimum)
- Strong working experience in CRM Software (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of budgets, business plans, and the market;
- Knowledge of sales performance metrics and best practices;
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft excel;
- Ability to produce and analyze sales reports.

**Bonus points**
- Experience conducting cold calls;
- Scrap or previous metal industry experience.
