Mabel’s Labels is looking for an _**Administrative Assistant **_to join our team Under the supervision of the Director of Marketing and Sales, you would be required to work **on site** from our **headquarters in Hamilton, Ontario** daily with some flexibility to work remotely. This role would provide support to both the Fundraising & Marketing teams to undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities, initiatives and priorities. To succeed in this position, you will need to be energic with a positive attitude, highly organized, detail oriented, and self-starting problem solver ready to roll up your sleeves, eager and ready to take on multiple and varied fast-paced priorities. **Responsibilities**:

- Order fulfillment; from placing customized orders for partnerships and orders for the marketing and fundraising departments to packaging, shipping, and tracking.
- Act as the key point of contact for childcare & brand partners, troubleshooting issues that may arise.
- Manage print media including assisting with dispatching newsletters, assembling and shipping flyers and pitch packs daily.
- Assist in the organization of promotional events such as trade shows/events and traditional or digital campaigns. Attendance may be required.
- Support with weekly and monthly reporting.
- Update website content and with weekly promotions and campaigns.
- Management of the coupon code program.
- Support logístical needs of the department, which may occasionally include booking meetings, ordering catering, organizing shelving and materials, and other duties as requested.
- Work collaboratively with marketing, fundraising, customer service and production teams.

R**EQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**:

- OSSD required. A degree or diploma in Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent would be an asset.
- 1-2 years’ experience in administration and/or customer service
- Understanding of basic marketing principles and interest in marketing/sales
- Strong organization skills and ability to effectively manage competing priorities
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Fast learner, self-starter
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (word, excel, power point)
- Ability to work on site daily in Hamilton, Ontario with some flexibility to work remotely at times
- Ability to lift to 10lbs.
- Access to a vehicle and have a valid driver’s license as travel may be required
