We need a team player to join us, we are a rapidly growing team and need someone who will assist the general manager with the office administration department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet walk-in customers
- Scheduling and invoicing jobs (Using a service program and Quickbooks)
- Handling walk-in customer transactions (training will be provided)
- Call overdue customers to collect payments.

**Skills**:
**Must have**:

- Good written and oral communication (will be taking notes and communicating with other staff and customers on a daily basis).
- Strong organizational habits: This job will require you to multi-task and focus on a few different things at once.
- Reliable mode of transportation: able to come to work every day on time
- Comfortable using computer software such as Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
