*Overview*

*Duties*
- Answering phones and booking customers, dispatching technician and managing the daily calendar.
- Sending paid /unpaid invoices.
- Payment management.
- Followups, review responses and message response.
- Tiptop Total Care Plan Membership Management.

*Skills*
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role within an office is preferred.
- Proficient in using computer systems for scheduling and record management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with customers and staff.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Experience with phone systems and general office equipment is essential.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
