**Position**: Dental Administrator in NW Calgary

We focus on delivering comprehensive dental services and are dedicated to ensuring a positive experience for our patients. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated **Dental Administrator ** to join our team.
**Position Summary**:
As the **Dental Administrator**, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the front office. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of dental office management. You will ensure smooth administrative processes and provide guidance and support to the team as needed.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and recall systems.
- Ensure efficient patient check-in/out procedures, including billing and insurance verification.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to maintain an effective workflow and patient experience.
- Manage accounts receivable, including patient billing and collections.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with all dental office policies and procedures.
- Address and resolve patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Act as the liaison between the front office, clinical staff, and management.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to the practice manager/owner.
- Educating patients for their dental health needs and answering their questions with confidence and understanding.
- Thinking outside the box and taking initiative to help grow the practice.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 1 years of dental office administrative experience, with some leadership role preffered.
- Previous RDA experience preffered.
- Strong understanding of dental billing, insurance claims, and accounts receivable management.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
