**In this role, you will**:
Assist the Senior HR Business Partner in supporting client groups of professional employees located throughout Canada.
Coach and support management in areas of leadership development, performance and talent management, change management, employee engagement, human resources and communication.
Participate in the design, development and delivery of programs and processes such as orientation, onboarding, performance management, engagement, compensation, annual leadership and skills development review.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists and HR Business Partners to support Business Unit management in identifying recruitment strategies and resolving recruitment roadblocks.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource legislative requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records.
Contribute to the continuous process improvement of the HR team and Business Unit by influencing human resources strategies, policies and methods.
Other duties as assigned.

A diploma/degree in the areas of Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or a related field.
CHRP/CPHR professional designation is an asset.
A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in HR.
Experience working in the Marine or Aviation Industry, or military is preferred.
Experience in supporting the creation, development, and/or implementation of HR business solutions for a wide range of customers.
Demonstrated the ability to communicate clearly and professionally via all means of communication and to a variety of customers.
Strong attention to detail and an ability to produce quality results in a timely manner.
Proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, meaning that you must have received the full series of a COVID-19 vaccine approved by the Government of Canada with the final dose at least 14 days prior to your start date as well as any COVID boosters recommended by public health authorities
