Business Development Manager

Primary job roles are as follows:

- Maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Develop social media connections
- Ensure all leads/opportunities are diligently followed up
- Cultivate new leads through various prospecting methods, including Construct Connect/Dodge reports
- Provide Sales Team with ‘Warm’ leads and assist as necessary
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Initiate sample ordering as needed for presentation.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales plans and promotional activities.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Specialty Ceilings industry, including product trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales in the Specialty Ceilings industry.
- Strong understanding of the Specialty Ceilings industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of successful sales and business development activities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Willingness to travel as needed.
