We are currently seeking an Office Administrator for our multi residential division.

**Responsibilities**:

- Subcontractor invoice review
- Prepare and submit estimates
- Prepare and submit change order
- Assist with scheduling of all approved work
- Issuing purchase orders to subcontractors
- Update and maintain reports
- Communicate with site and prepare proper tenant notices
- Create and maintain all company files

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 Years as an office administrator
- **Project Scheduling - would be an asset**:

- Excellent relationship building
- Strong Analysis & Critical thinker
- High Attention to Detail
- Sense of Urgency
- Excellent computer skills - MS office, Google etc.
- Organized and detailed oriented
- Ability to work independently and as a team

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
