Duties and Responsibilities:  
- Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office and manufacturing, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly.
- Daily inspection for all around office and warehouse, keeping the office clean and free from unusual without hazardous materials
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are comfortable and connected with the appropriate personnel.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of office events and meetings
- Managing office layout and making necessary changes to accommodate staff needs.
- Serving as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.
- Provide regular office operations reports to management and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist HR department whenever there is an opportunity to do so.
- Manage office supplies and ensure they are stocked and available as needed.
- Serve as the point of contact for office maintenance and repairs, coordinating with vendors as necessary.
- Review and update office policies as necessary to reflect changing needs.
- Manage data entry and other record-keeping tasks.
- Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance with health and safety laws and regulations
- Follow all procedures in compliance of Accuenergy (Canada) Inc standard policy and operation regulations.
- Any other operation-related responsibilities may be added as company continues to grow.

Qualifications and Requirements:  
- Proven experience as an office administrator or administrative assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and office management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma required; additional qualifications as an office administrator or related field will be an advantage.
