**What will I be doing?**
The **Front Office Manager on Duty** is responsible for ensuring Department compliance with Hilton Brand Standards in accordance with Guest and Company requirements. This role ensures Guest satisfaction, budgeted profit margins are achieved, and an excellent company image is projected, thus ensuring continued growth. The **Front Office Manager on Duty** will ensure all Guests feel valued, cared for and respected. The **Front Office Manager on Duty** will schedule and monitor Guest Service Agents’ and Lead Hands statutory breaks, have full understanding of all hotel events and conference details and handle all escalated Guest issues. This position will train new Team Members and provide effective leadership through professional management and encouragement.

**Experience**
Knowledge of Hotel Operations, with Front Desk experience
Solid Guest service experience
**Skills**
- Solid Guest service experience

**Requirements**:
- Extensive knowledge of ONQ is required
- Supervisory experience required
- Must be able to able all shifts including weekends and holidays
- Required to provide a certificate proving completion of the Health and Safety Awareness Training for Workers (e-course provided by the Ministry of Labour)
