Front Desk Agent

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Greet and assist clients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage phone systems to answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and take messages when necessary.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the office.
- Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records.
- Utilize Google Suite for documentation, communication, and scheduling purposes.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all written communications.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to enhance the client experience.
- Collaborate with medical office staff to ensure seamless operations and communication.
**Qualifications**
- Two year experience as a Front desk agent is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment.
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service are essential for success in this role.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.25-$19.00 per hour
