**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a **Commercial Sales Representative** who shares our passion for health and well-being through better sleep. This role is ideal for a driven, customer-focused sales professional who will represent our brand and products nationally, with a focus on expanding our market within industries such as hospitality, healthcare, senior living and education.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting potential clients in key industries, particularly those interested in the **health benefits of superior sleep solutions**.
- Present Araam’s full range of products, including mattresses and sleep accessories, with a focus on **sleep health** and **well-being** and how our solutions align with client needs.
- Develop strong, lasting relationships with customers through a consultative sales approach, ensuring that their specific requirements for sleep health solutions are met.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries, cold calling and RFP/RFQ processes to generate new business.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activities and emerging needs in the sleep health industry.
- Report on sales activities, customer feedback and potential growth areas to the management team to inform product development and sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed set sales targets and performance goals.
- A results-oriented, self-motivated sales professional with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within industries such as hospitality, healthcare, or education.
- **Experience in health-related sales** or knowledge of **sleep health** is a strong asset.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships and deliver compelling presentations that align with client needs.
- Experience working with or currently maintaining relationships with clients in industries such as hospitality (hotels, resorts), healthcare (hospitals, chiropractic clinics), senior living facilities (retirement homes, assisted living), education (dormitories, student housing) and work-site camps (industrial camps, oilfield camps) is a significant asset.
- A strong communicator with excellent negotiation and closing skills, capable of handling high-level discussions with industry leaders.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite and CRM software, with the ability to leverage data to drive sales strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
