Reception/administrative Assistant

- This is a M-F daytime role, Onsite in our offices located in midtown Toronto, near Don Mills and Eglinton._
**Position Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the department, including but not limited to, filing, scanning, data entry, and record keeping
- Review and maintain department records and documentation
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that the department’s processes are completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Handle confidential/sensitive information with discretion and maturity
- Treatment form verifications based on pharmacy team requirements
- Maintain program specific order logs
- Invoice validations
- Other projects and duties as assigned

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Proficiency in MS Office; strong MS Excel skills
- Strong Organizational skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in self-managing tasks and workflow
- Must be detail-oriented, fast, accurate and organized
- Working with deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service driven and a team player

- This is an ideal position for a recent university graduate entering the workforce, _**or to have administrative experience in healthcare setting.**_
- Preference will be given to those with customer service experience and/or _**administrative experience**_._
