Key Account Manager

**Roles and responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain a business relationship with our major customers;
- Acquire and respond to an in-depth understanding of key customer needs and requirements;
- Ensure that the right products and services are delivered to customers on time;
- be the main link between customers and internal teams;
- Resolve all customer issues and complaints to maintain trust;
- Play a key role in generating new sales;
- Prepare regular reports and forecasts to internal stakeholders.
**Requirements and skills**
- Bilingualism mandatory - in order to deal with all stakeholders across North America
- Degree in business administration, sales or relevant field
- Proven experience as a key account manager;
- Experience in selling and providing solutions based on customer needs;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with professionals at all organizational levels;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
