Metric offers in-house design and project management and we are looking for a part-time office administrator/bookkeeper support for our design & project management company.

Financial Management:

- Bookkeeping
- Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Complete entries into Quick Books
- Bank deposits
- Payroll
- CRA remittances
- Reports

Reception:

- Answer general phone inquiries
- Reply to general information requests with accurate information in a timely manner

Administration:

- Manage mail, couriers, deliveries and distribution
- Maintain office supplies and equipment operations
- Filing
- Update and ensure the accuracy of databases
- Administrative support for team members

Working Conditions

Most work is in an office environment between 8-5 Monday to Friday, and we are flexible with the hours worked providing that it is consistent. Some travel, site work and flexibility in regard to time will be required.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and mobilize small to heavy items. Ability to drive locally or out of the city with access to a vehicle & valid driver's license

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
