**Become a Regional Manager - Municipal & Stakeholder Relations** **with MPAC**

The Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) is made up of a team of experts who understand local communities and assess every property in Ontario. What we do provides the very foundation that municipalities use to base the property taxes needed to pay for the services we use every day.

You are a dedicated leader who can manage a stakeholder relations team within an assigned geographic zone serving municipal, government and business stakeholder accounts. Highly motivated to establish, develop, and maintain key account relationships.

**You have**:

- At least 5 years of account management experience
- 5+ years of management/leadership experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in real property, valuation, taxation or municipal/government administration is preferred
- Completion of post-secondary education (university degree or college diploma)
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, in order to present technical information succinctly, clearly and in an accessible manner
- Ability to travel extensively within your local region
- Demonstrated planning and problem solving skills
- Strong research and analytical skills

**Nice to have**:

- Completion of, or working towards, certification in real property assessment
- At least 5 years of experience in the public sector

**What you will do**:

- Develop a strong network of relationships within MPAC to mobilize the right people, resources and ideas into each stakeholder relationship
- Work with the team to ensure account engagement plans are in place for all stakeholders while consistently delivering exceptional service and strengthening stakeholder relationships
- Establish, develop and maintain relationships with key representatives across municipal, government and business stakeholder accounts
- Maintain current awareness of day-to-day stakeholder operations (e.g., provincial government news releases and mandates) to identify assessment impacts, anticipate issues, and facilitate solutions
- Execute education and marketing programs to enhance stakeholders’ awareness and understanding of MPAC’s products, services and brand
- Monitor delivery of MPAC’s products and services within the region in accordance with defined service level agreements to a high-level of stakeholder satisfaction
- Lead a team of high-performing relationship specialists where working collaboratively leads to MPAC being recognized as a credible and trusted organization
- Develop and execute business and financial plans for the zone including building business cases to improve business effectiveness and efficiency
