**About this opportunity**

As Regional Account Leader, you will work alongside our regional leadership team to manage existing Physician relationships while providing digital marketing support to our rehabilitation clinics in the Golden Horseshoe and Greater Toronto West. Leveraging your ability to develop and deepen relationships, you will engage and influence new and existing referral sources to drive sustainable business growth. Using your communication skills and social media savvy, you will represent CBI Health’s position as trusted advisor and experienced provider of innovative healthcare solutions in your community.

This is a temporary position on a six-month fixed term with the potential to grow into a permanent role.

**Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day**
- Continuously strengthen relationships with key Physician partners, including timely response to feedback and concerns
- Partner with our national team to interpret community feedback and contribute to collaborative problem-solving
- Identify opportunities for business growth through increased market share and contribute to innovative strategies for Physician engagement
- Ensure the implementation of solutions meets stakeholder needs and reinforces the strength of the partnership
- Oversee regional social media accounts, supporting content creation and engaging in client interactions
- Provide updates on engagement and promotional activities using Salesforce and other reporting tools
- Travel between locations throughout the Golden Horseshoe and Greater Toronto West (e.g., Hamilton, Burlington, Brampton, etc.)

**What you need to be successful**
- A minimum of five years of experience with a healthcare provider, with a preference for outpatient rehabilitation
- Experience in acute care programming, overall clinical needs and contract management
- A strong understanding of clinic operations and experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage diverse and complex issues
- A demonstrated ability to create growth strategies and support program development
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills
- A college diploma or university degree in healthcare or marketing is an asset
- Clinical experience is an asset, with preference given to Kinesiologists, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Psychologists
- A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
