We are a large, well-established janitorial services provider based in Toronto, looking to expand our territory with a new office in Hamilton. Known for our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we are excited to bring our expertise and high standards to serve more businesses in the region.
**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and aggressive self-starter with exceptional sales skills to take charge of expanding our reach in Hamilton. As Regional Director, you will be instrumental in driving new business, building strong client relationships, and establishing a solid presence in the Hamilton area. This role requires an individual with a proven track record in service-based sales, cold calling, and territory expansion.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the Hamilton area
- Perform cold calling, lead generation, and prospecting to expand client base
- Establish and manage the new regional office and oversee all operations within the Hamilton territory
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business retention
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of our services and present them effectively to potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, trends, and opportunities for expansion
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record in sales with a focus on service-based industries (janitorial, facility management, etc.)
- Strong cold-calling skills and experience with territory development
- Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently and aggressively pursue new business
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
