**Strategic Leadership**
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and market share within the region.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to set regional goals, budgets, and performance targets aligned with overall company objectives.
- Identify emerging market trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.

**Operational Excellence**
- Ensure efficient and effective operations within the region, including installation, maintenance, repairs, and customer service.
- Oversee the management of projects to ensure timely completion, quality standards, and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

**Financial Management**
- Monitor regional financial performance, analyze variances, and take corrective actions to ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, working closely with the finance team.

**Customer Engagement**
- Foster strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with company offerings.
- Address customer concerns promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Team Leadership**
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of managers, supervisors, and individual contributors across various functional areas.
- Provide coaching and guidance to enhance team performance, skills, and career growth.

**Safety and Compliance**
- Prioritize and enforce safety protocols and industry regulations to ensure the well-being of employees, customers, and the public.
- Maintain compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and industry standards.

**Reporting and Communication**
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on regional performance, project status, and key metrics to senior leadership.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate transparency and alignment.

**Who we are looking for**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field/experience.
- Proven track record of at least 10 years in a leadership role within a related field.
- Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive financial results and manage budgets.
- Exceptional leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of elevator technology, industry trends, and regulatory standards is considered an asset.
- Strong experience in project management, operations, and customer service.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region and the United States as required.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
