**Job Overview**

**Duties**:

- Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in recording financial transactions.
- Support the accounting team with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Utilize Google Suite for creating spreadsheets, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in trucking company.
- Proficiency in data entry with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn within a team-oriented environment.
