Role Overview:
Seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to drive our company's growth. You'll connect with potential employers, understand their immigration needs, and create valuable partnerships.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify new business opportunities - Engage leads via various channels - Understand client needs and offer solutions - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams - Maintain sales activity records
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills - Proven business development or sales experience - Self-motivated and results-driven - Familiarity with immigration processes (a plus) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office
