If you have a deep passion for people while understanding business needs, and you’d love to have a supporting team, we may be the right fit for you Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, the **HR Business Partner** will drive and support a strategic approach to our people management. You will be working directly with managers and employees, aligning procedures with policies but all while having lots of fun

**What you bring**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a similar field
- CPHR Designation or actively working towards it
- At least 5 years experience in a generalist or advisor capacity
- The understanding to work on-site most of the time in this role (it still comes with some flexibility)
- Absolute self-starter and bringing ideas forward. Seeing the big picture and not afraid of trying something new
- Being ok with traveling on a frequent basis (around 25%)
- Always looking out for a better process and solutions that are best for our employees but also fit business needs

**What you do**:

- Processing required documents through payroll to ensure accurate record keeping and proper deductions such as time off requests and wage increases
- Recommending new policies and procedures to effect company improvements and organizational efficiencies
- Conducting audits of HR programs and recommends corrective action
- Providing support on Employee Relations issues (respectful workplace practices, discipline, conflict management, complaint investigations)
- Advising, supporting, and coaching managers in Human Resources best practices
- Supporting disability management
- Preparing various correspondence
- Coordinating HR activities with Recruiter, Operations, Finance/Accounting and Training department as required
- Supporting and managing performance review process
- Responding to internal and external Human Resources related inquiries from clients, department managers, business partners, and other parties
- Staying current on HR, Employment Standards, Administrative and office management best practices and legislations
- Supporting recruitment activities during peak seasons

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$82,000.00 per year
