**Salary**:
**$50,000 to $75,000 per year plus commission**
**Job Description**:
**General Purpose**:
Under direct supervision, responsible for the direct sell and support of Shape Sustainable Cleaning/Shape Material Removal products, and to service accounts in assigned geographic area.
**Major Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Support both the sales management team and assigned strategic partners.
- Perform formal sales presentations per Sales Management direction.
- Maintain a solid and professional working relationship with partners and INTERCO business units
- Provide sales and marketing feedback to appropriate Sales management and product development personnel (i.e., competitive information to market research, etc.).
**Qualifications**:
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:
- Understand value proposition and key leader messaging.
- Ability to transfer that knowledge to sales and customer support issues.
- Sales pipeline management, CRM system usage, baseline understanding of key sales metrics (hit rate, win rate, POAM, etc)
- Military/Governmental buying process familiarity.
**Education and/or Training**:
- BS in Engineering (Mechanical preferred), Sales/Marketing or Business, or equivalent of experience and training that provides required knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Minimum of 1 year (12 months) of capital equipment sales experience or equivalent work experience.
