The primary purpose of the Executive Assistant is to provide professional administrative support for maintaining efficient office operation while demonstrating the effective customer service championed by Cormorant.

**We're looking at motivated individuals to**:

- Manage complex office administrative work that requires the use of independent judgement and initiative;
- Manage multiple Senior Executives’ calendars;
- Organize, moderate, and schedule meetings for Upper Management;
- Arrange company travel and accommodations for Upper Management;
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentation slides, and record minutes of meetings;
- Liaison with Customer and Executive Team to ensure receipt of high-level documents, subsequent coordination of stakeholder meetings (if applicable), and expediting turnaround of executed documents;
- Ensure documents are signed and executed by Upper Management, distributed and filed accordingly;
- Collect, organize and file expense reports for Senior Executives;
- Assist with project-specific administrative duties such as printing project startup and closeout documentation, printing and maintaining drawing binders, data entry, scanning documentation, creating flowchart graphics; finalizing PowerPoint presentations, etc;
- Provide general administrative support to the office;
- Cover the reception phone line when required.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision-making skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail;
- Strong administrative coordination and interpersonal relationship building skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities in order to meet deadlines;
- Self-driven with ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, PDF software(s), electronic signature platform(s);
- Post-secondary degree, diploma or equivalent in a related discipline is preferred; and,
- Previous experience in an administrative role is considered an asset.

**Salary**: $40,631.71-$66,156.35 per year
