
Inside Sales Representative

**Role**
As a Sales Advisor, we will call on your sales strengths and your talent for persuasion in order to advise customers according to their needs in terms of charging station and water heaters and conclude a record number of acquisitions in your day Through comprehensive training on our products, you will become the expert in order to wisely advise customers on the product that suits them.
Your goal? Handle inbound calls as well as web submissions to acquire new customers, while ensuring a remarkable customer experience to achieve (or exceed) expected results.
**Responsibilities**
Effectively advise clients and conclude the transaction according to their needs;
Exceed expected customer development results by converting more interested customers;
Be an ambassador of the company to potential customers;
Support customers in their online transaction and process web submissions;
- All other related tasks
**Ideal requirements**:
- Have comfort in proposing products and services in an acquisition context;
- Have unparalleled customer service at heart in order to quickly and easily create good relationships with customers;
- Rigorous organization in daily work as well as attention to detail;
- Be comfortable with computer systems, including Outlook, Excel and Adobe;
- Facilitate communication (speaking and writing) and a spirit of collaboration;
- Want to identify and propose improvements to the working methods already in place;
- Having experience in a call center is an asset;
- Be available according to operational needs (full-time day shift, flexible schedule and hours per week);
- Bilingualism.
