Technical Product Owner is leading Data Operations initiatives aimed at growing business impact and outcomes in the areas of 1st Party Data, Customer Relationship Management and Precision Marketing Data Domains They will propose and implement integration rules, data acquisition & ingestion logic, data quality and data governance strategy of multiple big datasets.

IT Lead connects and influences Business & IT partners, data engineers & implementation teams to drive cohesive approach to development & adoption of data products across Digital Marketing technology stacks to drive businesses focused insights and analytics.

You will have a direct impact on ROAS on Digital Media investments Globally, by enabling robust marketing in J&J Consumer Health as a Digital First and Data Driven company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the DataOps team of Business Analysts, Solution Architects and Data Engineers to propose, craft and implement data integration processes & data engineering logic to implement solutions for Consumer and Healthcare Professionals (HCP) data and processes that improve business value and adoption.
- Be the champion of DataOps standard methodologies and build strong partnership with Business to build and own CRM data as a Product
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure correct curation logic is applied to data integration process
- Partner with Business and Technology Team members to identify and prioritize requirements, define Data Product Roadmap, Vision and OKRs
- Be accountable for building CRM Data as a Product, and influence the data strategy to ensure high data governance standards, including data completeness, harmonization, standardization, data quality, documentation, accessibility, usability and scalability.
- Identify and implement most appropriate combination of methodologies & tools within defined technology stack, to ensure efficient scalability, flexibility and performance of the data
- Be a key player of the design & development team, working closely with other team members within the “lab” and “factory” construct
- Propose implementation of Media, Consumer Care, Web Engagement data sets to be combined and used to optimize Global CRM Performance Analytics
- Have a good understanding of Data Tech Architecture and a vision of how data and technology come together in Digital Marketing
- Be an Owner, SME and a key point of contact for CRM and HCP data sets and analytics

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher is required
- 5 years’ experience of relevant experience required
- Ability to interpret data & make data driven decisions, understand & propose data ingestion, storage, integration and visualization logic for Consumer Data and Personalized Marketing Domain use cases is required
- Experience defining integration logic for data ingested from Digital Marketing data sets, to drive business insights is preferred
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce, Epsilon), Web Analytics (Google Analytics 360), SFA (Veeva) is preferred
- Hands-on experience with Data Governance, Master Data Management, Data Harmonization, Data Cataloging, Data Architecture, Data Quality principles, methodologies and industry standards is preferred
- Knowledge of Data Privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA), PII data types, data encryption and data security principles are required
- Excellent Analytical and Critical thinking skills are required
- Collaboration and ability to partner within multifunctional team is required
- Experience working with tools & platforms within GCP, Azure, AWS frameworks is preferred
- Excellent solid knowledge of SQL is required
- Strong data engineering skills including stream-processing, data ingestion, API protocols is required
- Experience working in Agile methodology and Product Management; ability to define and implement prototypes and MVPs / RATs, experience with Scrum/Kanban is required
- Knowledge of viz tools (Tableau, Data Studio, Looker) is preferred
