**Location: Markham, Ontario**

**What you will do**

The Technical Product Owner is responsible for leading our commercial engagements with key stakeholders across the organization, focused on our end-to-end data & analytics products. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the ownership of Business Intelligence products, driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing commercial strategies. You will lead a high-performing team of developers and data engineers to deliver key capabilities to optimize our portfolio strategy and provide visibility to performance at a leadership level enabling critical business decisions and excellence in execution across the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and inspire a High-Performing-Team: You will empower and guide a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- End-to-End BI Product Ownership: Take full ownership of the lifecycle of BI products, from conceptualization to implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
- Product Vision & Measurement: you will align data & analytics products with organization goals. You will collaborate closely with business owners to establish product visions, define business outcomes, and establish measurement metrics.
- Product roadmaps & direction: you will drive the creation of product roadmaps to align stakeholder expectations and provide clear direction and focus to the execution team.
- Front end development: proactively engage in hands-on front
- end development in tableau and powerbi.

**Qualifications**:

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related fields
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in leading and managing agile teams in data & analytics.
- Demonstrated success in driving product strategy and execution in a commercial setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Previous experience in developing and executing product roadmaps to achieve business goals
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and a proven ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
- Ability to achieve alignment, foster collaboration and connect key functional partners
- Experience with cloud-based platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure and Snowflake
- Proficient in data visualization tools including PowerBI and Tableau with hands-on experience building dashboards
