**Salary**: $22.00 - $27.00/Hour

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (minimum of 12 hours/ week)

Job Reports To: Acting Director, Learning & Engagement, Arts Alive

**Key Activities**:
The Administrative Support Associate will work with the Arts Alive core team and the Education Officers in Dance, Music, and Theatre to process and manage incoming student matinee and workshop orders throughout the 23-24 season. They will equally be responsible for monitoring and triaging the education department inbox.

**Skill Requirements**:

- A combination of education and/or experience in Administration, Arts Management, Education, or a related field;
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills;
- Ability to communicate efficiently and professionally with colleagues and clients;
- Ability to follow directions and work with limited supervision;
- Detail oriented with a sense of initiative. Openness to learn new software;
- Great team player combined with the flexibility of accepting feedback;
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office suite; Tech savvy;
- Previous client-facing work experience is a strong asset
- Bilingual in both official languages (French and English) is a strong asset.
