**Job Opportunity: Business Development Manager**
## **Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities to drive growth.
- Manage inside sales efforts, ensuring effective communication with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to boost loyalty and retention.
- Execute telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and promote services/products.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging promotional materials for target audiences.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to guide strategic planning.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
## **Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in technology sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with telemarketing practices.
- Ability to market products and services to a variety of audiences effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,000.00-$4,000.00 per month
Additional pay:
- Commission pay

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Niagara Falls, ON L2E 2L7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Business development: 2 years (preferred)
