Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Development Director to lead our high-end construction projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with at least 10 years of experience in managing complex projects. You will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or construction management.
  • At least 10 years of experience in managing complex construction projects.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
