**Overview**

**Duties**:

- Oversee daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage inventory levels and merchandising standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive sales growth
- Supervise cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy
- Assist in payroll processing and scheduling
- Support in-store events and promotions

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in retail management
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in recruiting, training development, and performance management
- Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial reporting
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Experience in interviewing, sales, and store management is a plus
