**Position Overview**:
We are currently recruiting an experienced sales professional who has a _proven background in heavy truck and equipment OEM sales _to join our team at Ampco.

As a manufacturer and supplier of custom OEM parts and products, we are focused on delivering strategic value to engineering, purchasing, and supply chain groups within heavy truck and equipment OEMs. We are looking for someone to hit the ground running in this industry and make a significant impact to this side of our business.

You will be responsible for developing key strategies for bringing in new accounts and business growth whilst working with our account managers to ensure each client request is fulfilled with the highest quality, attention to detail, and punctuality.
- You have a proven track record of achievement, specifically in sales growth and strategic business development in this industry.
- Your entrepreneurial spirit supports your ability to adapt and achieve results in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- You are a driven, relatable, and polished professional, who is an engaging team player and brings demonstrated leadership potential.
- While you are passionate about uncovering and developing new business opportunities, you also thrive on increasing sales with existing client accounts.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Product Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as be a contributing member of a team.
- Technical aptitude to understand, advise, and propose products.
- Excellent work ethic, self-motivated and driven.
- Ability to be creative, problem-solve, and provide solutions that make our clients look great
- Must be able to travel internationally as needed to fulfill job responsibilities.
