**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Leadership & General Management**:

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all departments are aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Work with Executive team to develop, implement and improve systems and processes throughout the company
- Act as the main point of contact for any business matters related to day-to-day operations.
- Provide frequent reports to executive team on business operations/matters
- Provide technical support to staff as required
- Provide resource management and outreach as required

- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key clients, and negotiate contracts.
- Assist sales representatives and provide assistance as required to close sales.
- Provide weekly reports on team’s sales progress
- Ensure estimating team is submitting detailed pricing and act as a final closer on tender-based projects
- Help senior management team in establishing new business relationships with supplier and manufacturers

**Operations Management**:

- Ensure that the supply chain, inventory, purchasing and logistics processes are efficient and cost-effective.
- Implement best practices to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.

**Project Management**:

- Oversee project management teams and ensure all projects are progressing in an efficient manner.
- Seek client feedback and satisfaction and resolve any escalated disputes.

**Financial Management**:

- Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and manage resources effectively.
- Analyze financial reports and provide strategic recommendations to improve profitability.

**Customer Relations**:

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure the highest level of service.
- Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

**Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure that all operations comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the door and/or door hardware industry.
- Proven experience in business management, with a strong understanding of operations, finance, and sales.
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing teams.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
