- Determine and establish office routines in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule crews to ensure projects are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Purchase, receive and store supplies, ensuring that each project has the basic supplies needed.
- Calculate costs for labour, materials and time requirements.
- Create work orders.
- Use computer software to prepare invoices and financial statements.
