Office Administrator

**Genesis Community Rehabilitation, Inc.** specializes in providing Rehabilitation Support and Behaviour Consultation services to clients living with Acquired Brain Injury, Mental Health Issues, Spinal Cord Injuries and/or various complex needs.
In this role you will collaboratively work with and report to the Office Manager, and be the key support for office administration. Duties will include filing, ordering supplies, client intake, data entry and assisting the office manager and accounting department.
**Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Creating and modifying various documents using Microsoft Office and Excel
- Performing supportive and administrative tasks for the Office Manager and Finance Manager
- Conference registrations and planning
- Effectively communicate with the Genesis management team, insurance adjusters as well as regulated healthcare professionals including OT’s, Case Managers, PT’s and SLP’s.
- Develop treatment plans and monitor funds
**Technical Skills / Requirements**
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook and OneDrive
- Strong numeracy skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively with mínimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem solve, multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Ability to adapt to software programming
- Reliable transportation to and from post office and bank
- Knowledge of HCAI is an asset
**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
