Wealth Advice is focused on the delivery of legendary client experiences to High-Net Worth and Mass Affluent clients through an integrated team of professionals across Private Investment Advice, Private Investment Counsel, Financial Planning, Private Banking, Private Trust, Wealth Insurance and Wealth Advisory Services.
- As a member of the Leader & Advisor Engagement Strategy Team within the Client, Colleague Experience & Channel Management Team, the Associate Manager, Engagement & Sustainment will champion the development and sustainment of initiatives that will deliver on the Wealth Advice strategy. The Associate Manager will build relationships with the Wealth Advice Distribution advisors and leaders, as well as internal partners across Wealth National Office, with a purpose to move the business strategies forward.

**Job Description**:
The Associate Manager is responsible for defining and implementing initiatives in support of the Team’s mandate for the Wealth Advice business, as well as sustaining adoption of available resources. Specifically, the Associate Manager will be accountable for the following:

- Support the Senior Manager, Leader & Advisor Engagement Strategy in delivering a long-term strategic Leadership Engagement Model. Drive implementation of leader development strategies across the leadership ecosystem.
- Responsible for the evolution and content updates of the Wealth Advice Leadership Resource Center and other associated content platforms e.g., share point portal, other TD Central Resource Centre sites, etc.
- Oversee content calendar of initiatives and events; help manage the coordination and execution of Sales Meeting Library and Monthly Sales Meeting content.
- Collaborate on the ongoing enhancements and sustainment of the Leader and Advisor business planning process through BizPlan+ and resource materials development.
- Assist with Leadership Call strategy including owning the flow through of key messages to Monthly Sales Meeting template content.
- Design and launch tools and resources partnering with Practice Management and Wealth Advice partners to support our leaders and advisors with the knowledge and skills to deliver valuable interactions throughout the sales process.
- Work closely with the Communications team on leader and advisor engagement communications, business initiatives and plan to amplify the initiatives’ brand across Wealth Advice line of businesses via a consistent look and feel.

Responsible for the maintenance of the Sales Practice Review program, must lead communication and maintenance of the master sales tool tracker across Wealth Advice National Office.
- Prioritize and manage own workflow and incoming work to ensure quality and efficiency (i.e., meet deadlines; flexible in adjusting to changing work priorities.
- Participate on project teams that support the delivery of broader projects and programs and may specifically lead work packages under general direction.
- Manage multiple stakeholders from cross functional teams, as well as interfacing with project leaders, learning specialists, professional staff, vendors and consultants.
- Effectively manage stakeholder expectations related to project time and scope of deliverables.
- Provide and seek field perspective on key programs and projects and manage input from key field partners. Ensure projects align with long term strategy.
- Be accountable for execution and delivery of small-scale initiatives as assigned.
- Work with key partners to analyze information and develop opportunities.
- Manage changing priorities and ad hoc requests appropriately.

**Requirements**:
Required Education and/or Accreditation
- Completed a university degree.
- Financial services designations would be an asset.
- Required Capabilities
- Minimum 3 years strategy, product/project management experience with a track record of implementing change within an organization
- Wealth management industry experience: advice-channel experience preferred
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. TD Central/MS Sharepoint site building/maintenance experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter, takes ownership and is results-oriented
- Demonstrated project and problem-solving skills with an ability to provide clear and concise direction in a positive and effective manner
- The ability to work both as part of a team and independently to complete tasks.
- Highly motivated with a proven track record in successfully delivering results
- Creative problem solver who is solutions focused
- Can execute quickly and decisively and works well within tight deadlines and under pressure
- Ability to develop and manage working relationships with client-facing professionals, leadership teams and business executives
