Hamilton, Canada Midwest Design and Construction Full time

Weekly tasks include anything from accepting clients' receipts, categorizing receipts by each expense according to company type, performing weekly inventory reviews, creating spreadsheets, preparing invoices and sending reminder invoices, helping reduce the scale and frequency of late payments, creating journal entries for each client and several on the job training tasks.

**Essential Skills**

Speak, read, and write legible English.

Understand basic math procedures.

Have fast, accurate data entry skills.

Have good customer service skills.

Take on some human resource functions.

Work with your tax preparer and assist with tax compliance. Manage client fees.

**Responsibilities**

Check incoming paperwork (correspondence, invoices etc.) and make copies before distributing

Sort all papers alphabetically and according to content, dates, significance etc.

Create or update records with new files and information Store all paperwork in designated places securing the important documents

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
