**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Schedule and organise shipments
- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficient workflow within the office.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence for senior management.
- Coordinate project activities, track progress, and assist in project management tasks.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial tracking for departmental projects.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to guide and support team members in achieving objectives.
- Experience in project management is desirable but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
