**Accounts Payable/Receivable Office Employee**

We are seeking a detail-oriented **Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR) Office Assistant **to join our team This is a full-time, on-site position, offering a consistent work schedule of **Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM**.

Starting wage 22/hr, increase accordingly after probationary period.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records in QuickBooks Desktop.
- Utilize ServiceTitan for billing, job management, and financial tracking.
- Assist with job costing and budget tracking (experience with job costing is a plus).
- Reconcile accounts and generate financial reports as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Assist service department with phones, and booking service calls.
- Assist showroom customers as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in **QuickBooks Desktop** and **ServiceTitan.**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of job costing (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum 1 year work experience in an office environment.
