We are two highly specialized contracting companies with a strong reputation for excellence in our fields. Our teams are committed to delivering exceptional results in every project we take on, and we are now looking to add a key member to our operations.

We seek an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Office Manager to help streamline and manage our day-to-day administrative and financial operations.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Oversee office operations, including managing supplies, coordinating with clients and vendors, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Familiarity with construction accounting practices, including job costing, progress billing, and subcontractor management, is preferred.
- Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Handle employee payroll, tax filings, and other related functions in compliance with federal and provincial regulations.
- Act as the point of contact for all sales, administrative and financial inquiries from clients, staff, and vendors.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Office Manager and/or Bookkeeper, ideally in a construction or related industry.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, accounting software (Sage 50 preferred), and office management tools.
- Proficiency working with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive attitude.
